Kodi
Kodi is a media centre application that can run on a variety of devices. The Raspberry Pi 3 is a good candidate due to its on-board Wifi and HDMI. I'm using LibreElec, which is a lean Linux distribution that runs Kodi and not much more. Specifically, the Milhouse alpha builds work well with the Netflix plugin.
