LEGO: Tangara decorated bogies

Decorated bogies are one of the design problems that featured in the
LEGO: Tangara (2023) MOC.
Unlike the simple 
LEGO: Train bogies that adorn many LEGO
trains (see the trailer base in 
LEGO: Train bases),
decorated bogies use tile pieces to shroud the wheelbase to make them blend in with the model.
The tiles themselves are not held on as well as they should be, but they haven't fallen off yet.
Each tile has the clutch of at least two studs. See
LEGO: Train bases for an example of how they work with a
custom train base.
